Where did our journey begin?

Hello dear friends, I thought I'd do an nice early post today. I look outside and there's a nice bright sky and may that brightness permeate our next few hours. Before I go on though, let's express joy, love, gratitude and kudos to Anna, Jo and Shilpa for stopping by on my previous post.

I often cogitate on how I ended up in this position of Reiki Master/Teacher, Angelic Reiki Master/Teacher, Angelic Harmony Therapist, Crystal healer, Rahanni healer, Tarot Reader, Rune reader/instructor and so forth. I look back at that previous sentence and it sounds like hubris is ready to jump up and down with a big banner, but this is not the case. I'm merely being reflective on how this all began.

I'd always been curious about such things but never really took it that serious. I often thought it was nonsense and as for crystals, I'd honestly have thought you barking mad if you told me to get on a couch and chucked a few rocks on me for healing. How times change eh? However, I don't wish this to be a travelogue about my whole spiritual journey but merely it's origins.

I guess I would take it back to when it really began when I saw my boss getting an ad hoc reiki/spiritual healing mini treatment in the office. I saw a secretary wave her hands all around him and thought, that was just a bit weird. I quickly picked up some paperwork and vanished into the warehouse after that but curiosity was sparked I guess and a couple of years later a friend of mine administered some reiki to me as she was looking for someone to practice on. That happened in 2005 and 2007 I reckon, and for me that's where my current journey truly began.

Anyway, enough waffle about me and it's over to you. Where did your journey begin? Is it a lifelong thing or was it a bit more recent? It's fascinating to know. On that note, let's give out three things to be grateful for today,

  1. Administering a nice crystal healing session yesterday

  2. Watching a quirky film called I came by with a rather silly plot but enjoyed it nevertheless

  3. Getting a few more people enjoying my posts on Instagram.

That's it for today everyone, much love to you all and remember, keep reading.
