Welcome fellow time travellers

Greetings all and first up let me thank Anna, Jo, Sarah and Vanya (Linkedin) for commenting, liking, loving and sharing my post from yesterday. As always it's very much appreciated and glad the words gave food for thought.

Speaking of thought I'd like to say well done to all of you for having the ability to time travel. Now some of you may think oh do I have a souped up Delorean in the garage attached to an overhead electricity cable or has this loopy bard lost the plot again? Let me explain my thought process in a bit but after watching the dear universe programme this morning one of the presenters was a talented scientist called Ronald Mallet who sought to explain how to travel through time. The idea was to bend light to create a pathway to facilitate this eventuality.

Of course, it's all theory but certainly a fascinating subject. This brought me to consider the process of time travel and then it hit me, we already do it, every single day and probably in every moment. You are doing it right now as you are digesting the words on screen. Think about it. By the time you read this a goodly amount of time will have passed. It's currently 17:16 which means that if you read this then you have brought forward in time what I have written just now.

It could be argued that you're just digesting information on screen and it's not time travel at all but just good old plain reading. Whilst I do see that my humble opinion is that we have brought those thoughts into the present. When I watch a Laurel and Hardy film, am I not in fact bringing forward an old film from 90 years ago in this current moment. There is certainly an exploration of time whether you see it as time travel or not. How about those moments when historians excavate old ruins of bygone days and bring it to life? Are we not bringing the past into the current moment.

You see, consciousness can effortlessly float through time. Look at your own life. How about when you recall those happy memories and bring them forward. Now for sure your body isn't there but your consciousness can be instantly and the more vibrant the memory the stronger the recollection. It needs an adjustment in our thoughts to recognise the energy of our thoughts, consciousness or whatever term you deem appropriate. Look at the process of exploring past lives. When taken into that deep state of remembrance we effectively travel back in time. Now some may well pooh-pooh this as mere imagination but even they cannot deny that something profound is going on.

Ergo, the process of time travel right now should move away from the energy of sending solid mass back through time such as our body, bones, flesh etc and look to work with the energy of consciousness. Imagine if you could to be able to effortlessly travel forward 600 years or back to the cradle of creation? Hypnosis, meditation, regressions are dipping their toes in this regard but there is far more scope for exploration here. I wonder when experiments, technology can take this leap forward or will be here in fifty years time debating the same subject under discussion within this article?

Well, I should think it's time to bring things to a close but recall some happy memories and take yourself on a journey through time. The clock is ticking and let's finish with something new shall we?

I am present

Yet words pass

Into the past

A historical moment

Swift passing minutes

Perhaps an hour or two

As you read

My future verse

Let's dip our toes

Into temporal waves

Where time is mixed

In glorious concoctions

Thoughts will bend

Contort, find a path

To whither they will

In a vague labyrinth

Spiral up, around

Or down, reverse

It matters not

The mode of travel

Just accept

Your spirit of ether

Who traverses wherever

Those thoughts venture

Past, present, future

You are all these things

Embrace this right

Now go, explore.
