The wheel turns

Greetings everyone and I trust all is well out there on this auspicious day. Without further ado allow me to express my deep gratitude to Anna, Mike, Shilpa, Jo, Marion, Sarah, Rae, Vanessa Griselda and Josslyn (Twitter) for taking the time to read, comment, share, like and love my previous blog entry. You're all superstars and much love to each one of you.

I've just completed a nice session of Qi Gong and a goodly dose of nutrition before I set forth into the verdant space at the rear of my abode. Yes, I could say garden but it sounds well, a bit bland doesn't it? My mind is set on a wonderful joint venture I'm doing with Marion for the Summer Solstice. We've got a busy schedule ready and we're both excited to work with everyone. When I go outside after this post I shall make those last little notes which are always helpful.

The wheel of life turns doesn't it as we transit through the year and indeed our lives. Right now is a good time to harness that beautiful energy and bring it into your lives. The question is what will you do with it? That my dear readers is totally up to you. Shall we have a bit of verse...daft verse? Oh go on then.

The wheel of life will turn

And the sun will go and burn

I ponder on a plate

Of what I shall create

A little cucumber slice

Sounds so jolly nice

Perhaps a chicken bone

A taste so well known

How about beetroot

Along with a beanshoot

Or a lump of cheese

Strong enough to sneeze

A good piece of ham

Then a lick of jam

The onion of the spring

A piece of salad bling

On that note I'll end

A poem not to send

Nothing like our food

To make a happy mood
