The fruit is ripening

Greetings all and I thought it was to be glorious sunshine this morning but the grey haze doth return. Still, without further ado let's send some love and kudos to Anna, Shilpa, Jo, Peter and Pinnie (via Anna) for readings, liking, sharing and commenting on my previous post. It is much appreciated and thank you for your support and keep sharing the words.

Speaking of words, the Shadowfruit novel continues into its editing and thank you to Anna for picking up a couple of errors which are kind of inevitable. There's nothing like a pair of fresh eyes to see the obvious and there are a couple of areas where the language just needed to be altered a touch in these PC days. Whilst the words are quite authentic, we need to just be mindful.

Speaking of books I've a couple from the super talented Roni Vernoica which she sent to me to read. Thank you so much and I can't wait to read some fabulous poems. Roni, like me, is often seen battling those cruel deities from the realm of Wordle and we usually prevail although today the blighter bested me. It's all a good old laugh really.

Soon I shall embark upon a solo odyssey from Lenham along the Pilgrim's Way. It's a splendid walk to enjoy and shall help me walk off those naughty burgers from Sunday. The weather is just right and I will endeavour to take a few snapshots along the way. Good times.

That's all for now and remember everyone keep reading.
