Greetings all and first up let me say thank you to Anna, Marion, Jo, Shilpa, Sarah, Vanessa, Tracy, Andrea and Mary (linkedin). As always your presence lightens my day and is always reassuring that you take the time to read, like, love, share and comment on this Raconteur's musings.
Yesterday I was rather out of sorts due to a roaming stomach bug that decided to make its home within my abdomen. Now whilst the scenario wasn't quite as bad to have some itinerant xenomorph waiting to erupt it was a situation to be avoided. The result was being left in a state of zombification and no wherewithal to do anything. However, remember that doing nothing is still doing something and the time out was necessary.
Today I've gently introduced myself back into things. A spot of gardening outside and a hint of editing and subbing today as my energy vampire tale has now gone out into the void to be forgotten about until probably the middle of September when it gets looked at. I haven't done much in the way of creative writing today but remember editing is just as important as the art of writing.
