Greetings all and it's rather pleasant out there is it not? I'm feeling pretty good after a weekend of reiki and working with young adults too. Still, without further ado let's send love and kudos to Marion, Anna, Shilpa, Jo and Vanessa. Thank you for liking, loving, commenting and sharing everyone, love you all.
What comes to mind today is sending some love to someone special. In life we can find ourselves being in a place where we need to do some rearranging so we can find our balance once again. Throw in a few other elements designed to make us stumble and we can find ourselves needing to back away for a while. When this happens it's wise to disengage and look away for a while. Social media is where we don't want to be in these instances that's for sure.
For me, what's wise is to send out that unconditional love and just let them know we're there when needed. I'm sure we've all been there where we just want to retreat and hunker down, I certainly have and pulling back needs to happen. So, all of us, let's send that love and healing to those that need it right now.
The other thing that comes to mind is a recollection of a fine wander across the north downs when raising money for a karate tournament. I think we did 21 miles or so and in the annals of my facebook photos there is a collection from that day (must have been a decade or so ago now). I'm going to go for a truncated version of that soon from Lenham to Charing (along the pilgrims way) and then back again. It comes to ten miles and it'll probably be a lonely pilgrimage but if any of those reading fancies joining this insanity then let me know. If circumstances allow I may go tomorrow, otherwise probably next week. By my reckoning it'll take 4-5 hours.
