Greetings all and I swear as I look out it's even more grey than ever. However, the life giving qualities of rain are not to be underestimated but I do wish we'd have just a little bit more sunshine too. Still, time to spread the love, gratitude and kudos to Anna, Shilpa and Jo for being the stalwart supporters as ever. Thanks for all the love, comments, shares and likes as well as gratitude for those who've read and prefer to keep silent.
I've had a good day yesterday playing around with flipbooks and Canva. I've got a little brochure together extoling the virtues of what I do as well as starting my first tentative steps of getting my first manual together. Doing my own manuals may be a long journey but it will certainly help in a multitude of ways. First, is to keep down costs, second to avoid felling lots of trees, third it's my own spin of things and makes it unique to me and fourth, instant access and no physical storage.
I realise that people like a physical feel but there is an interactive element that I can bring that can't be brought to a physical element. Like all things, we evolve and with this method I can continually add little bits and pieces. I'm looking into doing this to quite a few things that I do and it's a lovely creative process that I'm doing. I must admit what took quite a while yesterday was finding the right aesthetic for the design but now quite happy with what I've got and can simply re-use the template for other projects.
It seems that the war in Ukraine is not going well for the Russians. Putin's arrogance seems to have caught up with him and I can't help but think his days are numbered. I hope it gets resolved soon and peace can come once more with Ukraine belonging to Ukrainians again and some kind of normality can return to the world.
Anyway, that's it for today and remember keep reading. Let's end with 3 things to be grateful for.
The life giving qualities of rain
Getting a nice little brochure together
The opportunity of another creative day
