Greetings dear friends, I shall have to turn to candlelight soon upon these murky mornings for it's rather drab once more. I guess as we transition more into Autumn it's to be expected and what a contrast from those 40 degree hotspots we had a month ago. Anyhow, let's spread the love and kudos to Anna and Shilpa, stalwarts as ever and thank you for reading, loving, sharing and commenting on my previous endeavour.
My mind turns now to this evening and Sunday. Upon the evening I will be working with the magic of crystals with those fab people in development group. We shall see what the night shall bring but I've a loose plan of how things should unfold. You note the word loose and some may say ooh, shouldn't you do A,B,C etc. Yes, there is a methodology in that and it works fine but I find it so much more fun to be open to how the participants would like to go forward.
They are all so talented and I see my role more as the conductor to allow everyone to make their own music. I certainly don't see myself as the great dictator saying you must do it this way or else. There are some groups out there that work that way but I'm all for a nice chilled out relaxed atmosphere as much as possible and just flow with it. It's akin to writing in a way. There's your planners in writing who get all the details ready before they put pen to paper and there's the pantsers who literally just write and pray it'll all work out at the end. I'm definitely of the pantser variety and it's far more fun that way.
Speaking of which I have a rune workshop coming up on Saturday. I'm looking forward to running that and if anyone should wish to join me then do get in touch as I've a couple of slots left. I put my own spin on it and even have a mini poem for each rune as I discuss it. It's all about having our own unique way and I love it when I can combine writing with what I do.
Anyway, time for me to move aside and remember, keep reading.
