Greetings all and first up let's say a huge thank you as always to those delightful readers who took the time to stop by and comment, like, love and share. I got some great feedback from you all and it's certainly given me things to think about going forward. So, thank you to Anna, Shilpa, Jo, Sarah and Roni as well as all those who prefer to stay quiet. Much love to each one of you.
I have just typed in another 700 words or so for my story and also knocked up a few words earlier for supplementary material for my course I'm running about runes. My intention is to put together a tale for each individual rune and I've knocked up two so far, only another 23 to go. As you can see, the hurricane is starting to gather a little bit of speed now. There are distractions of course but I shall prevail.
I ventured into the garden today. Goodness me, what a mix all this sun and rain has produced. There is a veritable jungle out there and I wonder if the wild man of Kent has taken refuge in the undergrowth. Now, facing such a labour and a fixed amount of time I shall endeavour to shape some kind of normality day by day. Just half an hour each afternoon will hopefully induce the outcome I seek. Therefore, a machete would actually be quite useful but then so is a simple hoe, rake, shovel and broom. A little less dangerous and I look forward to a gentle transformation of the verdant space out the back of my little realm.
It's of course quite good exercise but do have to be aware of the dreaded stooping back. Therefore I tend to get into some sort of hybrid karate stance to ensure I protect my spine as well as build up the leg muscles a touch more. It's a workout that's not a workout I suppose and it encourages a spot of mindfulness too.
Well I shall leave you there for there are a few things to do this eve. Do take care and I shall catch you all soon. Sweet adieu everyone and remember, keep reading. x
