Greetings all it seems the temperature is on the rise once more. The problem with the rising heat is also the plethora of irritable insects too, especially those wasps who are on the march right about now. Anyway, before I go further let's send love and gratitude to the readers of my last post Anna, Jo, Vanessa, Shilpa and Barbara. Thank you so much everyone.
I'm taking my attention today to something that came up on Tuesday's group about shadows. Now I'm not getting all Hank Marvin on you but instead talking about shadow work. It's ironic that I've been editing my book ShadowFruit, but this isn't about that. It's more about how we do that shadow work upon ourselves.
It's a case of bringing stuff up and then working on it, digging deep and keep peeling away. However, Marion's thoughts which I agree with are more of the case of recognising what's being shown, releasing and moving on rather than keep delving away in some bottomless pit. I'm sure all of us seek to improve but let's beware of getting carried away with rooting out our shadows. Remember everyone, we've got lives to live.
That's my piece for today and remember everyone, keep reading.
Here comes my shadow
who I am glad to welcome
It is part of me.
