Greetings all and first up let me thank Anna, Shilpa, Dianne and Pam for kindly taking the time to read, comment, share and love/like my last post. It is most pleasing that you do look at my humble offerings.
First up it has to be said that this week's online group that I put together yielded some incredible results. I have to say that everyone really pitched in and it's humbling to me to see just how good they are. The great thing is that it's all mixed in with some rip roaring humour at times and long may it continue. The writing/drawing that we did too produced some fascinating offerings and what was more amazing was how we all linked in together. To top it off there was some tapping into the world of creative writing and goodness me that was quite mind blowing for me.

Today was an equally magical day. I helped two young ladies start their first steps on their own Reiki journey and I wish I had the chance to learn this way back when I was a lad. Now, that was quite a step back in time and methinks there weren't too many teachers back then and even if there was I was a bit far removed from that world and being a daft young boy would have laughed at the thought of such a ridiculous notion. Ah, the ignorance of youth eh? Nowadays as you know my eyes are well and truly open and I just know the two that I taught today are going to be incredible as they progress on their journey. I feel truly blessed to have helped them.
Well, what road shall I go onto next. Let's play with a bit of fresh, off the top of my head poetry shall we? Dear lords and ladies of muse, please do offer me some inspiration and I dab my pen into virtual ink...
Dare I dance in your time steps
Whilst imbibing a most whimsical brew
Of shades far more dazzling than a mere moonbow
And my, it makes one's head combobulate
Oh these eyes do quake and simmer
In a hedonistic flavour of lamb inspiration
Whereupon nascent whispers
Shake me to Nevermore's spires
Should the chance come to pander
To the aural sensations they decree
Would I have the wisp gift to listen
Or hop in maniacal hopscotch
I shall find clementine boughs
Juiced in magnificent pearlescent dew
Where fine ablutions ought to be prescribed
To ameliorate dull oneiric thoughts
Dearest loud lords of mimicry
Please deign me the gift of wording
Where I can reel and gambol in delight
Of the most frightful nonsense
Mouse ears clap in unison
To the frippery of discordant steps
Where the rhythm is of dullards
With Plantar nailed toes
But enough of quisling signs
Who dart to scribble sensible words
I shall offer no dalliance
To their monochrome stares
Will you care to join me?
I shall chink those crystal shells
Fuelled with vert juice from fairyland
And partake in splendid company.
